My Kagi Search plan ran out of searches on the same day it was set to renew. Due to needing to continue using it, I opted to renew the subscription early. This transaction went through fine and I was able to keep searching. A couple hours later, I receive declined transaction notifications from my card on file for Kagi. It appears that there was still an attempt to process the original renewal even though the subscription was already updated.
When the early renewal occurs, it seems that the delay in processing may result in double charges. My account remains fine with the subscribed Starter plan still active so even though the second attempt failed, it seems that the account system still recognizes the early renewal as accurate.
