Allow unsubscribing from Kagi Updates newsletter in a way that respects user privacy

I am subscribed to Kagi Updates newsletter and I would like to unsubscribe. Conveniently, there is the Unsubscribe link at the bottom. However, the provided link leads to a website designed for tracking user's online activity and is blocked by ad blockers such uBlock Origin:

I would like to have a way of unsubscribing from the newsletter in a way that respects my privacy and does not include any marketing profiling by external companies.

Postmark is not a "website designed for tracking user's activity", it's an email newsletter service. It can also be used to track clicks on links in the newsletter, which is why uBO blocks it. But in this case it's not used for tracking, it's just a unique "unsubscribe" link that's tied to your email address, because obviously the service needs to know your email in order to unsubscribe you. There's no marketing or profiling here.

I recommend using RSS for tracking updates for anything

I'm not entirely sure, but I think switching this off unsubscribes me from the newsletters:
