Today, I went to the Kagi Small web link to view a random article and this was the first one.
After reading the majority of the article, I find out that it is paywalled and the only way to read the rest of the article is to pay $7 month for a subscription.
Looking at the homepage of https://www.highspeed.blog, it is visible that only one article on the homepage is public. The majority are paywalled. d. 
While support for independent websites should be encouraged, i don't think these websites should be included in the master list from which articles are served on the Kagi Smallweb portal.
While it is difficult to set a certain criteria for how much of a site is public vs paid, I do think there needs to be some proportion that is a red line for exclusion from Kagi Small web. I think it should be on a case by case manner, so if you could review this one page i mentioned.
