I think it would be cool to have built in extensions for Kagi. For example I use Indie wiki buddy, which despite Kagi being under the list of search filtering, it doesn't seem to work on Kagi. Built in search extensions would basically be just that, and possibly more. I think allowing others to develop extensions would be good, but I think there should be a team that reviews them.
This would allow people to make the search engine more customizable and would allow for people to add features they find useful that others may not need or even like.
