When searching for "coche" with the region set to Portugal, most results are for Spanish-language car rental services or other Spanish-language car-related content. While "coche" in Spanish means "car," in Portuguese it specifically means "carriage," an old-fashioned horse-drawn carriage.
The first result is good: it's the Portuguese Wikipedia page. It starts to fall apart with the second result. It's for Infopedia.pt, a Portuguese dictionary and encyclopedia, which would be fine except that, strangely, the main result from that source is the translation of the Spanish word "coche" into Portuguese; the actual Portuguese definition of "coche" appears only as a secondary result. The rest of the results are almost all the aforementioned Spanish car rental and car-related content.
The images widget shows only cars; image search is a bit better but still mostly cars.
The quick answer at the top again only vaguely mentions the Portuguese meaning of the word toward the middle, and only after mentioning the Spanish definition. Even a somewhat obscure wine gets more mention

When searching for "coche" with the region set to Portugal, I would expect to get carriages, not Spanish word translations, car rental sites, or other car-related websites and images.
As a third-or-so result, I would expect to see something about Museu dos Coches; after all, it is the most visited museum in Portugal, and many-maybe most-people searching for "coche" with the region set to Portugal would be looking for it. Besides the official website for the museum, I would also expect to see some news articles about it.
As for the images, again, I wouldn't expect to get any pictures of cars pulled from Spanish-language car-related websites. I would expect those, even if I have the region set to Portugal, if I searched for "coche espanhol" or something similar, not when simply searching for "coche."
