Currently, when editing an Assistant response, the only indication is "undefined" appearing in the infobox for that specific message. There is no direct visual marker to show at a glance which messages have been edited.
Add a persistent visual marker (such as an "edited" label or icon) directly on edited messages, visible without needing to check individual infoboxes.
