"Rate limit exceeded. Please try again later" message in Kagi Proofread

I get this error message in bright red.

Rate limit exceeded. Please try again later. Automated or programmatic access to Kagi Translate is strictly forbidden and may result in a permanent ban. If you need API access, please contact support@kagi.com.

But it shouldn’t have happened because it isn’t true. I don’t use it that much. I’m the only one logged into my account, though I use different browsers, and I use Kagi Translate-especially Kagi Proofread-in several browsers simultaneously. Proofread is usually set to C2, Comprehensive, and Best.

A side note: I access all websites with encrypted DNS over HTTPS; maybe that’s where it gets confused.

It shouldn't have happend, cause it's not true. I don't use it that much.

Could you send us an email over to support@kagi.com with your IP address? You can find it here https://whatismyipaddress.com/ (copy both ipv4 and ipv6 if available).
Your user_id that you can find https://kagi.com/user/session here, under "user":{"id":12345 (the numerical one), would also be helpful.

I just sent the required information to you by email, as requested.
I got the same message again-rate limit exceeded. Not true.
This has become an ongoing issue. I cannot use Kagi Translate anymore,
despite changing my password and logging out and back in.

The following, in red, pops up constantly:

Under usage details for today, it says:

I don't know where to find any other usage, such as translation.
I can't see why it says I'm doing "automated or programmatic access to Kagi Translate."

That's not true. Now I have to stop my translation work and will fall behind on what I need to get done.
Help!

It just got even worse. I popup asked me if I don't want to open an account! I log in again, all seems clear in Search, or in Assistant, but as soon as I switch to translate or proofread I am logged out.
