"Thinking" not present in Research/Research Experimental thread downloads

When downloading Assistant threads, the "contemplating" stages of Research (Experimental) and "scratchpad.md"/"plan" stages of Research are not exported. This behaviour is unlike that expressed in an assortment of other models I tested this behaviour with, like GLM-4.7 (reasoning), Claude 4.6 Sonnet (reasoning), and Qwen3-235B (reasoning). These all contain their "thinking" stages. For reference, I did not test Quick.

Hi,

With the current export option (download) provides everything but the research reasoning and references. I would prefer if it included all of the research steps as well (I think the download should be the full transcript verbatim).

This research provides a lot of interesting additional information for follow up work and is important for hybrid human/AI activities especially as regards academic integrity where this is allowed.
